Description of Part: Carbon bronze bearing for with I.F.S. Oilite bushes.

Extra tool cost nil.

Could be brought on to production at the 1st chassis in "C" Series (without scrap).

Report on Experimental Test.
Fitted to chassis 37EX for 18,000 miles and found in satisfactory condition. Independent tests in James's laboratory confirm that these bearings are better than the existing ones in their letter of 21.9.38. They will show an increase in cost of approx. 5/6d.
