Dear Sirs,

We beg to direct your attention to the enclosed printed copy of the British Patent Specification of Lancia & Co., No.401809.

It relates to resilient engine mountings in motor vehicles in which the engine is connected to the chassis by resilient and braked supports each forming a unitary self-braking member.

It is suggested that you might find it profitable to accept a sole or other license from the proprietors of the patent to work it in this country, or that possibly you might care to purchase the patent outright. The proprietors are willing to consider favourably any proposition you may care to make to them with either of these objects in view.

Yours faithfully,
Boult Wade & Tennant
