Dear Sirs,

Herewith prints which I hope will give you sufficient information for supplying main and big end bearings of your strip type for testing in the Bentley.

As mentioned to you, it is our practice to ream in position and I think - particularly for experimental work - that this is a desirable procedure as then clearances can be adjusted without reference to the bearing manufacturers.

Please let me know if these blue prints give you sufficient information, because if not we should like to let you have this before you sail.
