Mr Johnson 23-4-13 With reference to the suggestions forwarded by you to us, we have returned these to you with our remarks, with the exception of one that we are enquiring further into. We shall be glad to know whether you will be sending these suggestions to us regularly, in which case we shall be pleased to formulate some method of dealing with them systematically. We think Mr Barrington is quite justified in saying that it is impossible for him to come to any decision without examining the part on a car, in some cases possibly while it is being erected in the Works.
