Dear Sirs, In reply to your letter of the 22nd inst., we have pleasure in quoting as follows:- 200 Main Lever Housing Castings in Steel, to each hand, to your Drawing GW.1746/7...£3.17.0d. Handwritten right margin: 8 d / lbs Stamped: per cwt delivered NETT. These castings would be made in accordance with the Drawing, except that the minimum section would have to be .2 of an inch instead of .15 as shown. If the castings are urgently required we should put the job in hand immediately on receipt of your Order and patterns, and complete in five weeks from receipt of approval of proof casting from each Pattern.
