Tests were carried out on the clutch trunnion operating lever of the 25 HP. to see if the operating pins were deflecting unduly. It will be recollected that with the increased spring required to prevent the clutch slipping on the higher output 25 HP. a considerable amount of deflection took place in the linkage.

The attached prints show that the trunnion operating lever is bending but not twisting torsionally to a very great extent.
