Dear Oy.,

Thank you for your letter of June 9th.

I appreciate that the extra time the Cadillac has been in your Engineering Dept. has been well spent. Our people, however, have been getting rather restive, and began to suspect that the automobile was a myth!

We continue to suffer from excessive prosperity, but one good point in this is that we are getting a very much enlarged Experimental Dept. In about twelve months' time it will be worth your while to pay us a visit to see how we have progressed.

Yours sincerely,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED.
