"Re: Broaches for Rear Axle Driving Serrations.

With reference to BY.14/G.19.1.39. the question of short broaches for correcting the road wheel hubs was considered some time ago in conjunction with GWH.{George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux} and tackle was designed for use at the Depots to carry out the corrective operation when fitting new Drivers.

The equipment is now available with the exception of the Broaches which are being produced by Lapointe. Immediately these Broaches are delivered the Equipment will be forwarded to the Depots. "
