Dear Sirs, Your reference:- Wd{Mr Wood/Mr Whitehead}//16/R19.11.19. We are obliged for your enquiry of the 19th inst., for syringe type hydrometers. These consist of small hydro-meter reading 1100 to 1300° enclosed in glas tube, fitted with india rubber suction ball, and ebonite pipette. In order that you may see what we have to offer, we are sending you under separate cover, sample set. We could supply these at 7s.6d. nett, delivered, for the quantity you mention, and hope to hear favourably from you indue course. We note you are particularly interested in celluloid in place of glass tubes, but we do not think you would find these quite as satisfactory as glass, and they would certainly be more expensive.
