Valve Lift - Inlet .3"
Exhaust .3"

Compression. 1/3 : 61/63 Cu.Capacity 14.25 cu.ins.

Vacuum in Induction Pipe - ¾" mercury.

Springing. - No shock absorbers rear - elliptic springs under-slung.
Length 50¾" centres - Front springs - axle bolted front of centre.
Length 36" centres - Front springs bad.
Rear springs - wheels hold road fairly well - Springing too hard.

Ignition. Attwater Kent. Distributor at rear of cylinder block - drive vertical from rear end of camshaft - Coil only.

Timing - Full retard 34º P.T.D.C.
Full advance 34º B.T.D.C. - no automatic advance.
Order of firing 1, 2, 4, 3.

Steering. Irreversible - no wobbles.
Road shocks felt badly on wheel.

Dia. of circle to turn car - Right hand 40 ft.
Left hand 40 ft 3¼"

Lean of pivots - O.S. 5/16" N.S. 5/16".
Taken between centres 9 5/8".

Length of from centre of front universal joint to centre of rear axle - 64¾".

Westinghouse Starter & Generator - separate units - Earthed electrical system.
