(b) B.L.2 Alloy. Three bearings run, one failing due to bad adhesion and the other two being O.K. after 55 hours.

(c) B.L.3 Alloy. One bearing failed due to poor adhesion after 37 hours.

(3) Gudgeon Pin. Failed after 300 hours. Hardened and tempered silico-manganese steel.

These are given for no air swirl conditions.
