NEW CAR FOR SIR HENRY ROYCE. We have arranged to supply the following accessories:- 1. Klaxon dual wiper (already supplied to coachbuilders) 2. P-80 head lamps, Alvis type wing lamps; PL-40 centre lamp; Bosch foot switch; case of spare bulbs. 3. A.T. Speedometer and eight-day Clock 4. Black Wind Horn 5. Pyrene Fire Extinguisher 6. Licence Holder 7. Interior Driving Mirror We advocate P-80 head lamps and a centre lamp because in our opinion on a car of this type with its sporting appearance these lamps have a more dignified and impressive appearance than those we regularly fit on the 20/25 chassis which look very much like the lamps fitted as standard to Morris-Oxford cars. The lamps will be chromium-plated as we have, unfortunately, a fairly large stock of lamps in this finish and we want to use them up. We will not connect the wiring but will leave this to W. to do when the body is eventually transferred to its proper chassis. We shall also leave it to W. to make up and fit a bracket to carry the centre lamp as we shall not possess sufficent details of the chassis on which the body will ultimately be mounted to enable us to have a suitable bracket made. We are telling Park Wards to fit an interior driving mirror. Hn{F. C. Honeyman - Retail orders} | ||
