Dear Sirs,

Watford I.S.12. Magnetos.

We thank you for the courtesy and attention shewn to our two representatives Messrs. Clark and West during their visit to your premises on Friday last.

Amongst other things it was arranged with your Messrs. Kirby and Allen that 8 Watford I.S.12. aero magnetos should be returned to you in accordance with the mutual arrangements made with Mr. Armitage of the Air Ministry. These magnetos are numbered as follows :-

Nos. 83119/20/32/33 which are still of 15° range, and
Nos. 83134/5/6/7 which have already been altered to 30° range.

So far as we understand, all the above 8 magnetos are A.M. property.

It was further arranged that two magnetos of the same type Nos. 98033/4 should also be returned to you for certain modifications namely :-

(1) Better finish of the aluminium castings, i.e. smoother and similar to B.T.H.
(2) Alteration to fastening clip of contact breaker cover.
(3) Relocking etc.
