re Bensport J.1.

Please receive herewith:

LeC.3324. This drawing deals with:

(1) The rear crankcase facings.
(2) Mounting of the starter motor.
(3) Main bearing caps.

In the latter it will be noticed that we are holding the caps with studs instead of bolts. This has come about owing to the fact of fitting a petrol pump to the engine. The studs, however, are now our usual practice and besides being cheaper they will add to the simplicity of the crankcase casting.
