Herewith is G.CD.1035 which shews the Wraith Gear Box and Servo Mechanism in the Bentley frame. The gearbox is unchanged, but the linkage to the servo requires modifying to suit the combination of Bentley brake operation with Wraith servo. We shew the double cross shaft conveying the pedal pressure to the servo and the combined servo and pedal pressure to the rear brake linkage on the offside, necessitated by the exhaust system. As this job may become urgent it looks as though detailing should begin as soon as possible. DA.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} | ||
