Further to our letter of the 6th inst., we are happy to inform you that we have now arrived at an arrangement whereby it will be possible to shorten the over-all length of the Hobson K-S Telegage instrument by 2 1/4" as compared with the models last delivered to you, that is to say, the total over-all length from the top of the outside frame or bezel to the bottom of the back tube will not exceed 4". At the same time, the 2" scale will be retained over the complete calibration of the tank itself, exactly similar to that now shown on the longer instrument.
