Dear Sir,

Referring to my letter to you of the 27th February,
I find that I can visit Derby on next Thursday March 7th and I trust that it will be convenient to you if I call and see you at about 2.30 p.m. I will bring drawings, models and full particulars of the 'Oliver' gearbox which I am sure you will find interesting.
If the above date and time is not convenient to you please let me know by return with a suggested alternative.
