Dear Sirs,

For the attention of Mr. Steadman.

The writer regrets that he missed you when you called at the Weaver Co's stand on Friday last. We understand that you called at the appointed time but the writer was unfortunately delayed in getting to the Show, and although he went down to the Rolls Royce Stand to try and find you, he was unable to locate you.

Would it be convenient if our Mr. Gordon came down to your Works on Friday of this week?

Regretting the inconvenience caused,

Yours very truly,
GORDON EQUIPMENTS LTD.
Director.
