OPEN BODY FOR GOSHAWK 11.

When I was last with Mr. Royce I told him that we had arranged to use the Mulliner Body which was made for Goshawk 11 on the first experimental car. He recommended that we should not have it but said he hated it and the best thing to do was to smash it up. We do not intend to take him literally; it will do very well for a test body at the works but I am afraid we shall not be able to send it down to Mr. Royce at all. We should like to know from you whether the experimental bodies you are having made for Goshawk 11 will be available for the experimental chassis, for instance, as soon as the first car is produced we shall start on another one for Mr. Royce. Is there an open body which could be used on that chassis.

We should also like to know whether there are any closed bodies on order for Goshawk cars - we consider that it is very essential there should be.

A closed body which we should like to try on a car as soon as we have one in a fit state, is a interior driver saloon because we have always found this type of body shows up vibration and noises more than any other type.

Could you please let us know what programme you have for Goshawk Bodies.
