Please note we have received the following telegram from Mr. Royce.-

DAY.

"RE CONDOR BY USING SHORTER NUTS AND FILING CYLINDER YOU CAN GET INDUCTION PIPE TWO AND THREE QUARTER INCH BORE BETWEEN CYLINDER TEST AND FIND IF THIS WILL GIVE OUTPUT WITHOUT EXTRA AIR HOLE (STOP) RE REDUCTION GE EVIDENTLY CAUSE OF DISTRESS IN PLANET BEARING EXCESSIVE LOAD COUPLED WITH POOR LUBRICATION BECAUSE REAR BALL BEARING O.K. INCREASED CAPACITY CAN ONLY BE OBTAINED BY SMALLER SHAFTS LIKE CONDOR OR INCREASED LENGTH OF BEARING TEST AT REDUCED SPEED FULL TORQUE AND FULL SPEED AND REDUCED TORQUE MAKE LIGHTER PLANET FOURTEEN DEGREES OBLIQUITY.
