With reference to HPS.{Horace Percy Smith - Experimental Factory Mgr}4/VS.{J. Vickers}13.8.37. Whilst HPS.{Horace Percy Smith - Experimental Factory Mgr} is undoubtedly trying to help on this job,it would appear to us he has really got too much to do to bother with this type of Metallurgical Analysis.

Should there not be some machinery permanently in operation for investigating new materials and following them through the Shops.?
