RECEIVED I shall be glad to know if you suggest building a single cylinder engine for the "Buzzard" and 20 H.P. for you to test out cylinders, valves, pistons, connecting rods, etc. If so, I should very much like such an engine for my little power plant here, namely, a single cylinder 3" x 4 1/2". Kindly ask Mr. Wormald if such an engine could be made for me without materially affecting the production of experimental parts of more importance, so that I may ask J's permission for putting one or two in hand.
