A decision has been arrived at that we shall reduce the speed of the dynamo by modifying the drive. This means that for the moment we should not produce the upper half crankcases for the 20 Peregrine chassis which are going through for production test.

As soon as E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} gives us the new dimensions we will modify the drawings and release the parts.

Will the D.O. kindly indicate to the Works piece numbers of the parts affected.

The bottom half is also affected, as the height of the weirs or partitions will have to be increased.
