PHANTOM III, RADIATOR DUMMY FILLER CAP.

We send herewith N.Sch.5136 and N.Sch.5137 showing two proposed designs of dummy radiator filler cap for the Phantom III.

Prints of these schemes have been sent to Sales for their criticism and no action should be taken until we receive their criticisms. The object of this filler cap is to improve the visibility diagram which does not conform to the proposed requirements of the Ministry of Transport. Both these schemes assume the deletion of the steam valve and the reduction in height of the steam valve tower.
