Sg{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD},C and I were discussing your memo Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}6/MJ 29.7.35, and we should like to draw your attention at the same time to some of the points which were mentioned in my Cx{Major Len W. Cox - Advertising Manager}3/ES15.7.35, and which are not specifically mentioned in your memo above referred to

(1) Steering found to be very stiff and heavy when manoeuvring in a garage;
(2) Bonnet locks very difficult to operate;
(3) Accelerator pedal uncomfortably heavy;
(4) Visibility of nearside front wing;
(5) Clutch heavy to operate - very tiring in London traffic.

There is also another point which I find was not mentioned in my report although it was in my notes, and therefore it appears to have been accidentally omitted, and that is, the floorboards in the back of the car get very hot. I found all the things in my suit case very warm when unpacking them at night, and feeling the boards the next day found they did get quite hot.

You will no doubt therefore bear in mind these features when dealing with the correction of faults.
