R.R. 235a (200 T) (S.D. 408. 26-4-17.) Bm. 2/156/12. To Experimental Dept. from BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} X3067 29th October.1917. BY2/P291017. RE PETROL PROOF ENAMEL. I am sending you herewith a sample tin of another make of Petrol Proof Enamel. Will you kindly test this under exactly the same conditions that we have tested previous samples. Apparently this is not a stoving enamel at all but is merely applied with a brush. The surface to which it is applied must be clean, that is, it should have no grease on it. BY.{R.W.
