Dear Sirs,

We have to acknowledge receipt of your letter of the 15th. instant and have noted your remarks in connection with the bursting of an 11.A3 pressure plate.

Upon receipt of the broken parts, which we note you are returning, same will be subjected to a full examination and you may rest assured that the necessary steps will be taken with our suppliers.

In the meantime, you do not advise us regarding conditions under which the pressure plate in question burst, and we shall be pleased to have this information.
