X.4410 RE CONNECTIONS OF 20 H.P. DYNAMO & DISTRIBUTION BOX. The connection on the underside of the distribution box at present is made with a portion of wire similar to the leads used on the rest of the system. This connection should be altered to a bare copper wire, flattened at the ends under the terminals, and protected along its length by a bit of Sistoflex sleeving. The dynamo connections to the main terminals also at present are of rubber covered wire and the heat of the dynamo causes the rubber to melt and ooze through the covering, causing rather a mess. These wires should be altered to cotton covered wires with Sistoflex sleeving for protection. Would you kindly have these two matters looked into. EFC. {E. Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer} | ||
