RR 238 (300 Bks.) (SF 152. 6-11-18.) MP 197880 X2572 ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED. INSTRUCTIONS. To: EFR Date: 12 Sept 1922 Order No: HB.{C. E. Harcombe}57 Customer's No.: 1 X 2572. Condenser Testing Instrument. Of the firms writing, Messrs Nalder Bros, Griffin & Sons, and Cambridge + Paul Co, have nothing to offer which would be suitable. The GEC have a galvanometer at about £24 which is probably too large. There remain Messrs W G.{Mr Griffiths - Chief Accountant / Mr Gnapp} Pye's induction coil & telephone outfit, of which the price is not quoted, and which may be thought too elaborate, and Messrs Gambrell's galvanometer at about £5 which would probably serve; though the deflections will be small. Correspondence returned herewith. Signed: F.{Mr Friese} J.{Mr Johnson W.M.} Allen. This Sheet must be filed on completion of the work. | ||
