(X2677) To OY. from Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rn.{Mr Robinson} Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rml/LG23.11.27. A-C FUEL PUMPS. We want to try out the A-C fuel pump. For a quick experiment we shall mount it on the front of the crankcase and drive it off the generator shaft. If it is successful under these conditions, we shall mount it direct on the crankcase and drive it off the camshaft. Would you therefore please get the A-C people to let us have 2 pumps to suit these two conditions, or conceivably, one pump would do if the delivery can be made to accommodate a 300% variation in speed. Conceivably they would let us have the pumps on sale or return. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rn.{Mr Robinson} Attached is sketch and particulars. | ||
