Messrs. Solex Ltd.,

London N.W.1.

Dear Sirs,

For the attention of G.{Mr Griffiths - Chief Accountant / Mr Gnapp} Richards Esq.

With reference to your letter of the 6th. inst. for which we thank you.

We have considered the question of letting you have a car in France at your Research Laboratory, and feel that we must get Mr. Royce's opinion on your carburetter as it stands before we go further with the matter.

As you know Mr. Royce is out of England for the Winter and will shortly be back again. He has not tried your carburetter on a 40/50 HP. car in its final form. We feel we must obtain a definite decision from him before we put you to any further trouble.

As soon as Mr. Royce returns, therefore, we will submit the matter to him and communicate with you in due course.

Yours faithfully,
