Honeyman - Retail orders}20/I/15.2.33. The body on chassis 3.Per.II was originally fitted by Sanderson & Holmes. Park Wards, however, carried out various alterations to it whilst their men were here, such as fitting gusset plates to stiffen up the door pillars, mudlips to front wings, additional front wing stays, checking over the fitting of the doors and locks etc. We do not think that any body defects can, under the circumstances, be blamed on to Sanderson & Holmes. With regard to wind noises, we do not know of any modification carried out by Park Wards to improve this. The alteration carried out on all the cars at the fore end of the sliding roof was, we understood, with the object of reducing the possibility of water leaking in.
