PHANTOM III STANDARDISATION of PARTS.
Description of Parts: SET-UP ADJUSTMENT OF SIDE STEERING TUBE SPRINGS INCREASED FROM 0.005-0.007 to 0.010-0.015.
Origin: To prevent rattles in rear side steering tube joint.
Report of Experimental Test: Completed 17,100 miles on 32-EX. Was an improvement on standard as rattles did not occur.
