Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst. from EJJ/JV. WST 8606s EJJ/JV7/JC13. 9. 35 Re - REPAIRS TO HASLER COUNTER. We have dispatched Hasler Counter No. 30136 for overhaul and repair, and we give you below an extract from a letter received from The Hasler Telegraph Works. We shall be glad if you will instruct the members of your staff not to interfere with instruments which are to be returned for repair. " Upon examining the instrument we find that the seal is broken. The indicator has been opened and it would appear that the glass has been broken as another glass is loosely fitted in the instrument which glass has not been supplied by us. A quantity of broken glass is loose in the instrument which has prevented it working satisfactorily." C.A.P. In future all instruments must be returned for repair WST EJJ/JV. | ||
