Willesden, N.W.10.

Dear Sirs,

B10-DG - Mr. H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} Thompson.

With reference to our telephone conversation of this morning, there appears to be some misunderstanding about the driving mirror on this car.

We understand that there should have been an interior mirror fitted above the windscreen, and that, according to your records, such a mirror was fitted when the car first left your hands.

We further understand that later the car came back to you, and that you added an external mirror to instructions received.

Will you please write to our Mr. Robotham at Derby confirming that the inside mirror was fitted, and saying who gave you instructions to fit the exterior mirror, and whether the position was approved before it was actually fitted.

Yours faithfully,
For BENTLEY MOTORS (1931) LTD.,
