It may be necessary to provide a special key for rotating the tappet screw. The camshaft casing itself, together with the box which encloses the valve springs and rockers, have been altered somewhat in shape and position, and the valve springs have been increased in diameter, these latter being carried out to keep the stress range low in a spring which is sufficiently powerful to allow the engine to run at 4,000 revs. per minute without the rockers leaving the cams.
