The former shews the upper ball end lubricated from the axle, and is we imagine urgently wanted for the 2nd. L.H. Phantom II. We do not know what R.{Sir Henry Royce} may say to the pipe coil, but it appears to us to be the only way of meeting all his criticisms contained in R3/M5.5.30. The present scheme could be improved by raising the height of the receiver on the inner lever, but in view of his remarks we do not like to suggest it.
