Fault with the starter gear friction plate and the solution of fitting an extra fibre washer.

Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer}Ø/F7.5.20., I am certainly of the opinion that under present conditions we should turn out the above drives locked solid. In order to enable the Works to do this they should fit an extra fibre washer and tighten the whole thing up solid. The extra fibre washer to use will be G.3504.
