FOR the attention of F.J. Hardy, Esq.

5th March, 1937.

Dear Sirs,

STEERING CAM ROLLERS F.61239.
F61355/6.

With reference to your valued communication of the 27th ultimo regarding the above, we note the remarks in your letter regarding this matter, and find on further investigation since your visit to these Works that we can produce the track by oscillation without the .015" chamfer in the bore.

However, as this chamfer will be of additional assistance, we propose to include this on any parts which are not now hardened, but with regard to the 15° counterbored portion, we do not find this necessary and therefore will not include it, and we presume that as neither of these points are of major importance, it will not be out of order for us to be supplying parts with these two points either missing or one of them missing.

With regard to the spring clips mentioned in the third paragraph of your letter for the experimental rollers to our B.10023/4, we have-not as yet been able to trace these, but are looking into this and if we require your further assistance will let you know.

Always assuring you of our best attention,

We are,

Yours faithfully,
RANSOME & MARLES BEARING CO. LTD.

G.S.H. Riddle
GENERAL MANAGER.
