Please receive herewith two blueprints of each of the following drawings, detailed in accordance with Mr Bailey's instructions (Mr Royce agrees - memo E6/M.22.2.22):- E.21421 - Valve Guide. E.21422 - Cylinder.(Reaming for Valve Guide). Will you please instruct these up as required for the above experiment. We ask for the guides to be tried in both cast bronze and cast iron. They have been designed for application to existing cylinders, but if they are standardised the cylinder bosses could be increased in diameter. The Valve Spring Top Washer E.3361 is not required when these bushes are used. We attach one blueprint of E.21421 to Order Office's copy of this memo for prices for Bronze die casting. BY/Sh | ||
