FILE. X/114 2.11.35. SPECTRECodename for Phantom III OIL COOLER. LeC.4386. Pressure Test. The cooler submitted (off No.5 test bed) was subjected to a gradually increasing pressure up to a maximum of 200 lbs/sq.". There was a very slight sweat at the matrix to casing joint (opposite to the unions) at 180 lbs/sq.in. The pressure was increased to 200 lbs/sq.in., and at first the leak was not increased, but after maintaining this pressure for 30 mins., the joint opened out for practically its whole length.
