Many thanks for your favour of the 4th inst., and we are sorry to note that the matters referred to are apparently not quite clear to you.

As it would probably be more helpful to you if we dealt with them by personal discussion than by correspondence, we hope in the course of a few days to pay a visit to your Works for this purpose.

We will probably telephone you early next week with a view to fixing an appointment which will be mutually convenient.
