Dear Sir,
Re: Long Wheelbase Bentley 1.B.50.

We confirm the decision arrived at during the visit of Hn.{F. C. Honeyman - Retail orders} and the writer to your Works yesterday.

(1) It was agreed that you should supply a sample companion for recessing into the quarter.

(2) We confirm you will supply drawings of the doors to the vicinity of the locks to enable Messrs.Wilmot Breedon to produce the necessary Rover type locks, at the same time giving a date for the latest time of receiving such locks from us. Should the locks not be obtainable in that time we will agree to the use of other locks. It should not be overlooked that the driver's door is to have a recessed remote control handle.

(3) We agree to the fitting of sliding glass to the quarter windows in place of the hinged windows previously specified.

(4) It was agreed that as there is now no hold up of the progress of this body, that delivery will be made on May 6th.1938, providing we on our part supply the remaining outstanding information prior to it being required.
