Referring to By.1/G.1.6.34 I have just been reading this and I am not clear whether the recommendation about clips referred to in the last paragraph is to be made the subject of a Depot Instruction Sheet, i.e. fitted to existing cars whenever they go into depots, or whether it is to be made a job to be done on all cars like the carburetter modification, or whether we are not going to trouble about existing cars at all.
