Dear Sirs, Your letter of the 25th instant to Mr. Longley has been passed on to me, and an inspection of your rig will certainly be of great benefit to us in that it will save us experimenting on problems which you have already solved. I have 'phoned today but found that you were not available, and I would therefore suggest that I might visit your Works on Monday next, the 31st instant, at whatever time is convenient to your goodself. I should have preferred to suggest an earlier date, but have unfortunately an appointment in London tomorrow.
