Bentley Solid Crankshaft.

We attach herewith memo Sft.{Mr Swift}4/BH.19.9.33, from which you will see that Sft.{Mr Swift} is all in favour of forming the balance weights solid with the crankshaft, which they estimate would be at least 20% cheaper to produce.

It is, therefore, all a question now of the possibilities of the forging.
