408 HPS.{Horace Percy Smith - Experimental Factory Mgr} from Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} c. Swdl.{Len H. Swindell} c. CTS.{C. Trot Salt - Carburation} c. GR.{George Ratcliffe} Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}4/R.2.6.39. About the only outstanding feature on B.V. which has not been instructed for the 300 sets is the induction pipe. We have had to modify the starter carburetter connections by using a cast starter passage. Details for this have been instructed, the manifold being to scheme ECD.1382. We shall be glad if you will put all possible pressure behind this casting, so that we may try it out and release to production. Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} | ||
