Messrs Park Ward & Co.Ltd, 473 High Road, Willesden, LONDON. N.W.10 Dear Sirs, Re Chassis GUB-5 With reference to Mr. Vernden's Letter dated 18th instant reference Ev{Ivan Evernden - coachwork}3/BE, I should be pleased if you could have this car back the first week in July and deal with it promptly, because naturally I want to use it and have had very little opportunity because of various troubles with it since it was first delivered to me. I should like to say that the rattle in the sunshine roof has not developed, it has been there ever since I have had the car. During the recent warm weather naturally I have had to have the roof of the car open, and the noise has been most distressing, and I am sure, when you try it, you will agree that it is quite impossible in its present state. I should also be glad if you would prepare a cushion, as suggested in Mr. Vernden's letter, the riding in the back of the car is not comfortable and should be improved with new cushion as suggested. I am sorry to put you to all this trouble, but I know you will realise the things I am complaining about are for the general good of both Companies. contd: | ||
