Mr. Basil Johnson,

London, W. 1.
England.

Dear Johnson:-

Many thanks for your cable, reading as follows:-

"STEERING TROUBLE FULLY BEING CONSIDERED BY ROYCE OLLEY AND DERBY OFFICIALS OLLEY CABLED SPRINGFIELD."

Mr. Beaver has written you fully, and I have no doubt correspondence is going on between our technical men and yours on all the phases of this subject, so I will not confuse the issue by writing you further regarding it.

In the meantime, we are really in very great trouble, because we neither have demonstrators nor satisfactory cars for delivery, and it is affecting our financial situation deplorably. We, of course, will stand by and see the thing through and have every confidence in ultimately getting rid of our difficulties.

Very sincerely yours,

(Sgd) H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} J.{Mr Johnson W.M.} Fuller.
