Contd. -2- EFC1/T2.6.21. settled. He mentioned that the field winding should begin at the stud near the driving end and near the switch, ending on one pair of brushes; the other pair of brushes will be connected back to that side of the battery which is earthed for ignition purposes. In the meanwhile, while waiting for the further particulars and dimensions from Mr. Elliott, we can go into the question of the various fluxes which are made use of in the motors we know, and collect together some useful comparative electrical data.
